The Employee Training Manual is a customizable framework of required training, paired with a Responsible Vendor Training tailored specifically for New York State, written by an experienced cannabis-industry trainer/ cannabis dispensary manager. Together they form a very thorough training of any dispensary-based employee in this modern legal cannabis industry.

Each module consists of a recorded lecture, lecture notes in PDF form, required and supplemental readings, content-related short animation videos, a quiz, a mandatory Discussion Topic and 3 job-related major projects.

A basic overview and introduction to the job of budtending, given to new hires at a dispensary to accompany on-the-job training. Ten written sections accompanied by review questions and manager/trainer feedback. Fulfills the dispensary-based training hours requirement set by regulators.
